5/15

This week we will be playing dodgeball against the young women. There was apparently some sort of challenge and I believe your honor was questioned so better bring your A game. Wear athletic type clothing, costumes and/or uniforms are encouraged.

This saturday we have a service project from 10 to noon. We will be clearing brush and other things so wear work clothes and bring gloves and cutting tools if you would like. Lunch will be provided. I will have the address in a later email and certainly will have it on wednesday.

Also we distributed the official information/permission slips for the Young Men's Encampment coming in June on Sunday. Please return those as soon as possible.

5/1/13

This week we will meet at the church at 7pm. We will do a quick opening exercises and then head down the street to play frisbee golf! If you have a frisbee please bring it. If not we will hopefully have a few extras.

Also, you will need to bring your letters to our quorum members. The assignments are below. Bring your finished, hard copy letter and Bishop will mail them for you.

This week we will be meeting at 6:00 at Bishop Balkman's house to watch game two of the Thunder's playoff series! The game tips off at 6:00 so if you want to be a few minutes early thats fine.

As you know we made assignments to bring food so dont forget those (which are below)

Hunter/Hawkins - condiments and burger toppings (lett, tom, cheese, etc...)
Jackson - Drinks
Brad/Blake - Chips
Jared - Chips
Mitchell - cookies or dessert
Donovan - cookies or dessert

This would be a great activity to invite your friends! Should be very fun.

Tonight we will have a combined activity with the YW at the Noble Bldg. We will be indoors playing Family Fued!
(Bishop will notify us by 5:30 pm if there are any changes due to weather)

Special Youth Fireside with Neil L. Anderson (Qu of 12 Apostles)
This Friday at 7pm in the OKC Stke Cntr (NW63rd & Grove)
Parents and Leaders are invited, this will be a good one!

Father & Son Campout (3-4 May) Slippery Falls

Also because of the Fri Fireside the one on Sat is cancelled and the Ward Temple Night will remain on this Thursday.

7pm tonight, bring your 72 hour kit for inspection and you will be done with Emergency Prep!

Also we are doing boards of review so bring any thing you want signed off. This is the last chance to turn stuff in to be able to get it at the court of honor in a couple weeks.

This week, we have  couple activities. Tuesday we will meet at 4:30 at the stake center for the temple trip. We will leave no later than 5. If you haven't had your interview yet, please be early. Food will be provided

Wednesday we will meet at the Lloyd Noble Center at 6pm for a tour of the OU basketball facilities and then we will attend the OU vs. West Virginia game. Food will not be provided, so eat before or bring money (can be expensive).
