This week we are meeting at the Moody's house at 7pm for some serious fun!. We're gonna play video games and have some wings and hot links! Some of you guys have been assigned stuff to bring so don't forget those. Be sure to come hungry and ready to play!

If anyone has PS3 controllers we could use a couple more.

Mutual 12/5/12

This week we will be at the noble building at 7pm to keep working on the Emergency Prep Merit Badge. You will need to bring the forms that you were given last week to be able to work on the badge so DO NOT FORGET.

Mutual 11/28/12

We will meet at the Noble Building at 7 and begin the emergency preparedness merit badge.

Mutual 11/21/12

Tonight we have a combined activity with the young women. We will be meeting at the Moody's house at the usual time, 7pm. We are going to be watching a movie outside so dress warm and bring a chair! You should also bring snacks or any thing else you might want.

Tonight we are meeting at the Noble Building at 7pm for the fly fishing merit badge.

Also, for the parents, we handed out calendars for this month and next on sunday. If you didn't get one or would like another copy, let me know!

This week we are working on the fly fishing merit badge. Meet at the Noble Building at 7pm. If you have a fly rod bring it with you but if you dont there will be some provided.

Activities this week 10/29

Remember that we will NOT have mutual on wednesday so have fun trick-or-treating!

We do have Stake Youth Conference this weekend and I have included the schedule below. Don't forget that you will need to bring your sunday clothes with you saturday morning. IF you have any questions let me know.



Here is the Schedule for youth conference; Nov 2-3, 2012.

Friday, Nov 2nd

7p to 9:45p    Supper & Country Western theme hay ride/dance @ Pres Keyes' (map provided previously).  Dress for a hayride.  

10p                Host families pick up youth at the Stake Center

Youth will be brought to the activity by adult advisers.  After the activity the advisers will deliver the kids to the Stake Center for pick up.  The youth will need to have Sleeping bags, pillows, toiletries, etc. for the weekend.

Saturday, Nov 3rd

Host families feed the youth breakfast and deliver them to the church for check in.  Youth will need to bring all their belongings with them to the church.

8:30a            Check in (youth will receive their t-shirts at check in.  Please plan to wear them Saturday)

9a                Opening prayer and activity

9:30a            Workshops

11:30a        Lunch (provided)

12p            Depart for service project at Food Pantry in OKC.  We must be under way no later than 12:15.        The service project will end at 4p.

5p            Clean up and change into Sunday dress for evening activities.  All this will be done at the                            Stake Center. Extra mirrors, etc will be provided.

5:30p        Dinner

6:15p       Testimony meeting and talk by President Keyes.

???          When President Keyes determines that the testimony meeting should be concluded we will                then hold a dance.
