This week we will meet at the Noble building at 7:00, from there we will go visit some of our less active guys and invite them out to our future activities. After that we will all meet at the Anderson's for pizza and some video games! Should be a lot of fun so make sure to be there! See you all wednesday!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We will not meet wednesday night for mutual due to the holiday. Don't forget the annual Turkey Bowl thursday morning at 8:30 at the OU band practice field. Bring your A game!

Combined Activity 11/16

This week we will meet at the Noble building at 7:00 to do a combined activity with the young women. We will be working on genealogy so that you guys can take names of your own family members to the temple the next time we do baptisms. It it going to be a great opportunity to learn, do some service, and prepare for the temple! See you all there!

Campout 11/11/11

We will meet at the subway at Hwy 77 and Hwy  (across from McDonalds) @ Noon Today. We will then carpool over to the campsite which is in Newcastle.

We have a lot of fun activities planned including, a no matches fire building contest, capture the flag (with glow sticks), football, and a fishing contest (Bishop bought 3 new rod and reel sets to give as prizes!).


We will leave after lunch on saturday probably around 1 or 2. This is going to be a very fun and campout and knock on wood but the weather should be great! Hope to see everyone there!

Campout This Weekend!

This wednesday we will meet at the Noble building at 7:00 to plan our campout this weekend. The boys will be responsible for planning our meals, the activities, making our equipment list, and making assignments so we need everyone there to help!

The life scouts need to come prepared to go over their eagle scout progress with Bro Lee. So please bring any and all of your eagle project stuff and paperwork.

This weekend we will be camping out in Newcastle. We plan on meeting around noon or so and the boys that completed the 5 for 5 challenge will get the Subway footlongs we promised them. If you did not complete the challenge please eat lunch before you come. We will then car pool to the camp site. We will have opportunity to go fishing, play capture the flag, compete in a scouts skills challenge, and have a campfire program. We plan on returning after lunch on saturday. We will pin down all the details wednesday night, but this is going to be a great trip!!!

November 11th and 12th

We are planning on having a campout on the weekend of the 11th. There is no school that day so we have time to do more things. We will be going to a members land out in Newcastle. We are planning on leaving Friday afternoon and coming back Sat afternoon. There will be fishing, a skill contest with a prize, and POSSIBLY and air soft war. We will be planning this over the next few days.

When we get back there is going to be a change for us to attend a tri-stake dance. The information is in the flyer below and it looks pretty cool. Just a heads up!

Hwy 9 east to 84th street, turn right (south), drive to East Post Oak road.
Turn left on post oak (east), go about a mile and a quarter and it is on the south Side of the road.
If you get to 104th you've gone to far.
